I think it has something to do with the implant fixation screws and the neural circuit, but that still doesn't answer the question...

They can handle the bone movements, but the design work will be done by a designer as these are two completely different professions
And btw I already had a bimax with Alfaro that got botched, you just don't know what you're talking about
The reality is that by planning using guides you can achieve an even higher level of precision than by going to renowned maxfacs who operate without them
