Surgery when you’re a late bloomer cel?

It’s difficult, because you never know if you’ll get jaw growth or zygo growth or brow growth or something after you have surgery and then you’ll be out of harmony.
Anyone here can sympathise with this?

I did notbperform surgery, only botox injections to reduce masseter hypertrophy but its a very specific case
