That is the plan my surgeon gave me. it should bring my occlusal plane to 3 degrees and give me a very slight anteface. And fix my sleep apnea.

I am only interested in supras or brow botox to fix my excessive UEE. I dont like the hollowness especially in the corner where the forehead meets the nose bridge. I just haven't seen enough 1-year-postop supra implant results to really know if theyre worth it over botox, of which ive seen several wow results for much cheapeter even if its temporary.

I have a natural high hairline, looks like nw2-2.5 since i was a kid, so no hair loss

Is the "mandible" figure taking into account the advancement from the rotation or is that the linear advancement? If the latter, are you getting decompensated first, because I know you currently don't have 6mm discrepancy between top and bottom?

I know. You showed me your ceph. My plan is pretty similar to yours - 8 degrees CCW rotation, 3mm linear advancement of both jaws, which works out to 7mm upper incisor advancement and 12mm pogonion, and then some sort of genio on top of that.

I thought linear advancement was how much the jaws were being advanced without taking into account advancement caused by the rotation, and then the upper incisor figure is how much horizontal movement that point of reference makes in total with the rotation and linear advancement combined.

I always thought when people said "maxilla 4mm advancement" they were talking about the linear advancement, but maybe not?
