I am having surgery with vrcek in late March what would ascend my eye area?

I'd say to have your chin smaller, it looks way too big for your face

Also your nostrils look quite uneven, did you have rhino?

If i were you, i would get chin reduction and softmaxx first

Maybe fixing rhino if you have some breathing problems, but do not let any ethnic touch that nose, go for europe or usa better and good revision rhinoplasty surgeons

I wouldn't change eyes to be honest, chin seems to be the biggest failo, maybe better haircut, a bit leaner and it's good to go...

But hard to say from 1 angle

Yes I am using tret I've been using it for roughly a year now, I'm 28.

Totally different browridge, lowered with botox and some canthoplasty + some jaw reduction surgery

Beyond brutal and unrealistic to achieve, OP will spend tens of thousand just to get botched

OP you will get botched

All surgeries for that morph would be:

Canthoplasty
Browridge implant
Botox lowering
Jaw reduction surgery
Lip lenghtening surgery

And probably others, very unrealistic, very expansive, super invasive, very likely botched

I'd rather warned him, if you seen ITV video about that guy going to turkey with morphed pictures wanting some chad jaw... Ended up getting his jaw get backwards, even looksminning in the proccess...

He puts bimax at high risk high reward, I would say it's honestly low risk high reward if done in a western country.

This is assuming the risks are purely functional and not cosmetic. Looking like a protruding chimp post OP is still a cosmetic concern.
