I do agree. And it goes without saying a man born handsome will always be better than a surgery maxxed one. But still if you would go from normie to HTN or above you could build back your mental health by having a good life. Only exceptions are if you are extremely traumatised from your childhood or are too far gone.

Your face is everything, you are judged within milliseconds, and the first thing that is judged is your face.
I do agree that surgery is a huge risk, but there are many procedures with less risk, if it can ascend you by 1 psl score, it's worth it.

You should be lean of course, and many fat people are ugly, only because of their high body fat, if they can lower their bf, and then have a better looking face, then of course no hardmaxxing is needed. But if you're still sub 5 or ltn at 20% bf, then it's over.
Gymcelling will only work if you're at least above 5'9, you will look like muscular gremlin if you're short and gymcel.

Post is kinda ok and cope at the same time. Indeed your face mostly genetics and the shallowness inside you as well as need for external validation is a product of low interest from people around you BUT discipline won’t help you and “quit rage” too.

Shit genetics isn’t about attractiveness in same sense as people nowadays think, I mean it’s not about viewers, followers, admirers and etc but about natural signals for other people to avoid making kids with you cause you are broken. It’s not even about appearance as a whole but some stuff deeply inside psychics - other people reading sexual dimorphism and genetic fitness markers immediately even before seeing your face as a whole.

Indeed irl face alone isn’t great signal of your low reproductive potential since idk, maybe first polises, cities and etc. (means when people stoped living in tribes) appeared cause signs of a power and reign shifted from masculine primates like straight dominance to staff like wisdom, intelligence as a whole, money and ton of other stuff BUT it’s still a great sign of you having bad healths, some inherited problems you will (at least partly) contribute to your own kids. So indeed nothing can mask your shitty face only outplay it with other benefits as your genetics isn’t your face alone but you as a whole and having or not face surgery isn’t that big part of the game but it’s an important sign of genetic health, that’s why some people getting respect for appearance alone and can make ton of money working as models or actors and etc. So I guess post is a cope but at least it’s not trying to say: “it’s all because of mouthbreathing or etc.”
