I used to think I could ascend to HTN by softmaxing and other pulling bullshits, but now I have decided that only Hardmaxxing can ascend me. Which surgeries should I get to ascend to HTN?

No bimax, get a fat graft and a cartilage graft,put cartilage into the brow ridge and radix and fat into under eyes and hooding and even sides of the nose since the fat atrophy here looks severe

But also a chin implant, maybe genio
