Im turning 18 in a few days, so im now able to get cosmetic surgery without parental consent. I’ve saved over 8,000 throughout high school, and I’m working full time now. I’m getting rhino via septorhinoplasty which is covered by insurance. But what other surgical operations should I consider/look into? I haven’t done too much research on where I’m getting them performed/who is performing it. I have an idea that canthoplasty would be a huge benefit, but what other procedures should I consider.

I have scapular winging on one side of my face which makes one of my traps higher, i just started to train serratus anterior to fix it/posture correction. My x-ray doesn’t show that bad asymmetry so I’m assuming the unevenness is just from one side of my face being tighter from the higher trap.
