Im turning 18 in a few days, so im now able to get cosmetic surgery without parental consent. I’ve saved over 8,000 throughout high school, and I’m working full time now. I’m getting rhino via septorhinoplasty which is covered by insurance. But what other surgical operations should I consider/look into? I haven’t done too much research on where I’m getting them performed/who is performing it. I have an idea that canthoplasty would be a huge benefit, but what other procedures should I consider.

You dont have an overbite, you can do lefort 1+ BSSO (bimax)
You need to fix you're eye area first by a Canthoplasty

Mouth to nose ratio looks bad. He either needs lateral commisuroplasty or alarplasty

I'm forced to get rhino via septorhinoplasty because of a deviated septum, It's already planned. So I might just need to do BSSO

I had the herpbst appliance as a kid, I don’t have an overbite or underbite, my maxilla is flat, but my mandible is slightly recessed. I can get rhino for free and get bsso or I can just get bimax.
