I don’t think you’re going to make it with just soft tissue procedures if you’re starting from an average incel base. So you’d probably need a craniofacial cbct ideally a whole skull scan along with a dental scan for osteotomy and implant planning

Yeah I have an incel tier base and need trimax and infra-malar+jaw implants +soft tissue work .However I hear a lot of talk about implants being shit and having so many issues so do you even think they are worth getting?
