i’m now 18, i’ve talked w my mother for some facial surgery, rn i’m decent looking, i get enough pussy ( about 1/2 X week different girls) tho i feel like my life could be way better with a better nose and maybe some other surgery, i’ll post some pictures and maybe yall can tell me on what do work on ( i’m aware about hyiod and nose)
