Surgerymaxxing and how much will it cost

What surgery would you recommend to get if i have very narrow upper and lower jaw. I've visited orthodontist and he said i would have to expand the lower jaw with operation after expanding upper with another operation and mse. Also thinking about what surgery should i get if i need forward growth; what surgery to make my forehead look smaller; what surgery to make my eyes look fucking crazy( i have upper eyelid exposure and recessed infras), also recessed maxilla).
