I'm doubting my life choices:

I'm already on a path of surgerymaxxing that will make me poor (but htn minimum),

and then i see guy like androgenic and nocturnal.kent who achieved that bone growth (expecially mandible that i lack) at 20yo without surgery...

can someone high iq explains me if its possible and i should try igf-1 maxxing or i should stack with my original surgerymax plan?

edit: i already have the height (6'3)

why not both ?If your surgery plan doesn't start rn but in a few motnhs/ a year or more, blast to see if you get results already
And assess if you go on with surgery
If you already have the surgery money and plan to do them now idk

roid and peptide maxxing only works if you're 12

This, I roidmaxxed at 23 and I’m still subhuman as I was when I started.

Post puberty it’s only good for muscles (yes facial muscles may hypertrophy a bit, it’s NOT BONE)

I didn't say otherwise
that's why if you do it you must do it before surgery planning
It depends on the doses

At low doses of growth hormone (GH) in an adult (like at age 20), it is more likely to promote the growth of soft tissues rather than noticeable bone thickening.

Here’s why:
• Soft tissues (like skin, muscles, fascia, fat, and connective tissue) are much more responsive to even small increases in GH and IGF-1.
• Bone thickening (such as changes in jaw, brow ridge, or hands/feet) usually requires higher and prolonged GH exposure, and even then it occurs slowly over time.
• At low doses, aesthetic effects tend to include:
• Fuller face due to subcutaneous water retention or soft tissue growth
• Improved skin texture
• Slight increase in muscle fullness (via IGF-1)
• Better healing and recovery

So, to answer directly:

✅ Growth of soft tissues is more likely than significant bone thickening at low doses of GH in adults.

ok nigtard you're the one talking abt taking gh in the first place. If you fear acromegalia why even consider it ?

I don't fear nothing I'm even doing a lefort 3 if needed, I'm just saying that it's low iq taking GH for bones at my age
