Would ascending to chadlite then RTT be the most efficient way to become a slayer.

I.e fuck around 100 girls per year.

If we’re purely talking slaying, sex appeal is the most important vector, however sex appeal only comes into play once your height and face.

I suspect if guys like Amnesia, Xangsane, and Salludon RTT to look more NT and gain even more sex appeal they could accumulate 1000+ slays in 3 years or so.
