Thinking about surgerymaxxing
17 now, probably will do it 19-20, but gotta find money somewhere
For now, I want to expand the upper jaw with an expander, but first I'll have to incise the palatal suture, since it's already closed. Then I'll expand the lower jaw with surgery, But I don’t know yet whether this is done after the full expansion of the upper jaw or before.
After recovery I want to do double jaw surgery, Although if it can be done earlier or before the jaw expansion, then i will do it.
Just venting here about my thoughts, maybe you guys know if it's a good plan or a complete bs.
Also It would be nice to know the approximate cost of all this, as well as the country and doctor who is best for this operations.

Depends on your funds but the countries I would recommend include; italy, brazil, or the US. Your plan seems a little overkill but then again I dont know how severe your case is. If you can show me wyll I might be able to diagnose certain procedures more accurately. (REMINDER TO REP THIS)

Nahh, dont want to show my face here.
I want to do these operations only for cosmetic purposes, although both my lower and upper jaws are incredibly narrow( like really, they are so fucking narrow)
Also i have a bit asymmetry( In photos and videos my face looks like an eggplant, although in real life and in mirrors everything is fine).
Also, I have recessed mandible.
