Surgery’s I’m gonna do the second im 18. (For my lower third)

My lower third is SHIT like you can’t see it and no softmax can save me so this is the surgeries list of what I’m gonna do:
1.msdo for my chin.
2.genio .
3. Jaw implants (I will consider maybe chin too but that’s after all of this.
4. And maybe trimax
