Any know how tonsillectomy can affect facial structure I’m getting one soon since I get chronic tonsillitis?

And due to getting tonsillectomy will it be harder for a double jaw surgery/ bimax since insurance will say removing tonsils opened airways I’ll try Opti fake sleep apnea for a bimax?

If it looks swollen physically before the surgery, then it might make your hyoid look thighter, my friend got it but he wasnt swollen before the surgery so it didn't make any facial changes.
