I had bimax already. I have some residual swelling that is making me look fat but ideally that’ll go away.

looking for some additional surgical advice. I know at minimum I need: eyes (still deciding on Dec this year or summer next year), nose, and likely ramus lengthening (so a side wing), and minor chin projection. However, I've been considering otoplasty and some minor cheek shaving since my zygos look too big now.

Read profile, I'm an ugly ethnic and only looking for those that can offer some actual advice. Will pm images
