What surgery do y'all recommend. I come from decent money and I have the green flag already to get a rhinoplasty which is already paid and scheduled for next summer. My maxilla doesn't exist, my side profile is terrible so that's why im getting surgery because that is the only way to fix it. I was considering CCW also, My frame is decent I have wide clavicles but no chest im also hopping on hgh this coming week then test once I save up for it. Im just looking for any advice. Im just tired of being never looked at and want to be visible to people.

But if u had money fr I could do Sliding genioplasty,Rhinoplasty, Custom jaw implants and Upper eyelid or canthoplasty mark as solution
