Horizontal lip gain = surgical lip lift (corner lip lift if edges sag), filler won’t actually stretch width.

Lowering nose = rib graft or diced cartilage grafts on radix/bridge, then tip rotation refinement for upturn later.

Outer mouth edges = commissuroplasty or subtle filler to lift downturn.

Jowls = buccal fat removal + lower facelift/mini lift or filler in prejowl sulcus to mask.
