This is going to sound like the most retarted post, I need to know if there is any surgical option to LENGTHEN, not shorten, your philtrum. My philtrum is literally two small and my chin in comparison looks goofy asf. Pair that with my lower third being shorter than my other thirds this would work to better balance my face if anyone knows of a surgery

Only thought with that would be is that there isn't really extra skin there to be stretched , so the length could go to like my chin frontally? maybe im wrong?

I dont think it lengthens the philtrum, it just makes the lower third taller in general

Usually short philtrumcels have sfs of some sort.
