Under his most recent video "Reviewing Michael Fassbender's Diet & Lifestyle", someone asked Goatis to provide sources for saying exercise is unhealthy for you.

If you go to the studies he gave, this is what they say:
He literally shared studies that conclude the opposite of what he says, the only thing that is true is that extreme exercise is bad for you, which is already common sense. The studies do not say whatsoever that even small amounts of exercise is bad for you.
Someone even commented that the studies he gave literally prove him wrong:
