(SVT) Superventricular Tachycardia

I used to pop snuses drink some alc sometimes but now i just cant, 6days ago i was in reanimation they injected adenozine in my veins then the heartrate became slower, and now im back from hospital because of my SVT can someone relate somehow if someone has it too or share your journey with SVT (the pic of heart monitor after ADENOZINE)

I don't have anything diagnosed because i checked my health like 1 year ago but i use snus from time to time and also vape and smoke and i feel like this shit is killing me but i love the feeling. Im fucking retarded and hate myself for it. Its good that you quit. I hope you get better soon.

update: it got better i started using snuses again…
