No because my hair only got slightly thinner my derm told me nothing fell out.
I would advice you to not start with minox because what it grows entirely depends on it (you can't switch treatment and keep the hair). Fin might be enough. I'm using alfatradiol too just on the hairline and the crown for extra safety
