Esp when you live in a desert where temp is 30 to 40c
It makes you smell more, need to change clothes every time after being outside for more then 20/30 min
Always need AC during afternoon
Things get so bad even at normal room temperature while sitting at home
Have to take baths atleast two to three times a day before going out or sleeping
Plus gives you acne and skin infection
