I was talking to this Swedish guy the other day and he told me that police officers abused him and mistreated him.
He said that after a traffic stop, a police officer used a k9 on him and it bit the shit out of him and his girlfriend, then the police officer kicked him in the head and split his head open.
What he later told me was that his driver's license was suspended (because he smoked pot and got charged with DUI), he was drinking and driving, he led the police on high speed chase and he resisted arrest. The police knocked his car over and he flipped 4 times.
