Is sweet corn ropfuel are good to eat for example one ever couple weeks (1knob)

why would it be bad, eating 1 knob a week is fine lmao

almonds are good for antiaging, the reason people are against oats is because they contain phytoestrogens, and when the peanutbrained gymcels on here hear the word "estrogen" their body goes into a fight or flight mode and they start shit talking it as much as they can

anything over processed has a high possibility of including chemicals that your body finds hard to digest, generally speaking red meats, nuts, majority of plants are good to eat, I just wouldnt personally recommend things like bread or rice as they lack a lot of nutrients, but at the same time carbs are really important if you're active.

your diet depends a lot on your body and what it needs, if you eat a normal non processed diet your body will learn to tell you what it craves, its worked like that for me and i have cravings for red meats, liver, cashews and milk very often, just listen to YOUR body

Idk if this weird but I accidentally like put meat I was gonna cook raw on my mouth I licked my lips and I got hard idk why just a funny experience
