Swellig and pain after chin filler

I got 2ml of chin filler a few months ago.
Today I went back and got another 2ml which delivered a top tier result. Still the swelling is massive this time and my whole chin hurts. Even the muscles under my chin are sore.
How dangerous could this be? Is there medicine I could take to calm down the swelling/pain? I am really scared that I went to far with the filler and my soft tissue cant handle the amount this time...
Maybe tomorrow I have to get everything dissolved.

I believe that you shouldn't feel any pain, you should contact surgeon, i think they put it somewhere close to a nerve, call them NOW

4 ml in total sounds like a lot but it isn't actually that much in reality.

they probably just scraped past a muscle, it can take a week or more for swelling to go down.
