Swimming for leanmaxing

I started swimming last week, already went 5 times a the swimming pool in 8 days lol

Generally I only swim 30 minutes after going to work but that's not enough I think

Today I swam 45 minutes, that's already better

I have some joints issue so I also hope swimming can help me getting a better body muscle wise. Like maybe better arms. Legs are also a lot active when you swim

Working out is a bit brutal in my case, I prefer swimming.

It's good for sleep too, I often feel more tired in the evening after swimming in the afternoon

For mentalcels whith sleep issues it's great

I want to reduce some bodyfat, I know diet is 85-90% part of the thing, rest is activity level/exercice

maybe, but if you shower throughly from all the chlorine you should be okay.

chlorine is bad if you accidentally swallow the water that's filled with it, you could get fever, who knows what else can it cause.

it is , i go to sport gymnasium and most swimmers i know have bad acne and dry skin

dont go for hot lakes in summer cause of that brain eating bacteria and dont go to chlorine pools just go for either cold rivers or sea water

swimming is nice, look after your skin and hair in the pool though use lotion and keep you hair hydrated maybe wear a cap
