Hi low t incel, did you think like 90 minutes of swimming 3x per week is enough to widening my clavicles and rib cage ? I’m 15 btw

It's legit. HGH in general will make your grow, but swimming focusses on the upper body, which means the tendons and muscles there have to get healed by HGH and IGF-1 which leads to bone growth after long periods of time.

yeah it is, do wide grip for all of your exercises
