And how do you combat it? Getting rlly annoying cause i enjoy swimming. For context i have 2c thick hair and go swimming and sauna every one or twice a week. I oil my hair once a week, (planning on doing it twice now bc it usually gets rid of the frizz) and my normal hair care routine.
