Switching from cooked to raw cope or not cope?

Im currently eating cooked steak with no salt, or any spices just cooked with raw butter, but will there be a large change or any type of change if i switch into a raw diet with everything being raw like what rawmarcus or faceiq does or no? (For health indicators)

(Might hop on testosterone or HGH just for better growth window for puberty as im in the middle stage of adolescence)

Who types all this "natural and primal" bullshit talking about health indicators just to talk about doing test and hgh?
 
if u want more nutrients cook it blue raw. raw still doesn't worth the risk
