I did quad cause it causes no pain but then it swells up the day after. Guess ill try butt

Sounds like an infection. Did you clean the injection site and the rubber stopper on the vial with alcohol? Make sure the needle didn't touch anything but those two things after cleaning?

Don't inject quad. I used to get huge lumps when I would inject in quads. Try your ventroglutes, or do it subQ.

Maybe you're injecting too fast, maybe you're not sticking it in the right part of your quad or at the right angle (ideally dead center perpendicular to your femur). Strange problem. I've never had any issues injecting quads or delts. I even pinned my bicep once just to see for myself why it's such an unpopular injection site (never again).
