swollen lymph nodes

2 years ago i got a bulge behind my chin and it makes me have a double chin when its bad even though im lean i was told it was a swollen lymph nodes behind and not cancerous i tried the anti bacterial medication etc and nothing works to get rid of it. need help ( i also have no acne so its not fungal infection)
