Swollen lymph nodes

I’ve got and had super swollen lymph nodes under my chaw making me look subhuman, this all started when I first got a really sore throat and got really sick, that was like a month and a half ago, ive been getting sick off and on since then and my lymph nodes stay swollen, I also rip a shit ton of steroids but just stopped that, experimented with hgh and shit and I am very addicted to weed and vaping, what can i do to make them go away?
