Yo can someone please tell me like why the right side of my face looks so much worse than my left. side profile is also bad and I think my maxilla is more recessed on that side. Is it just that or like what is it? And also what can i do to fix it?

Your lips are fuller on YOUR left side (right side of this pic)
And on YOUR right side (left side of this pic) they transition away, makes them asymmetrical

On top of that, your right eye (left on this pic) has worse canthal tilt, and has less eyelash volume

Specifically the lower area, less lashes on YOUR right (left of this pic) than on the other side.

Your skull overall doesn't seem that asymmetrical, you can fix the eyelash asymmetry by increasing volume in your right eye using minox or bimatoprost for lashes

You can't change the eye tilt

You can't change the lip asymmetry, but you can try by using some sort of makeup or lip tint to make both sides equal

yo thanks bro i really appreciate it but also i notice my right side (left in pic posted) is a lot droopier like the area under my eye and my mid face which makes it look a lot less supported and more rounded. Is there anything I can do to fix that?

yes, that's the canthal tilt I mentioned
