If you are white, no one cares. Genuinely no body does, if you have other good traits then you are fine. Yes blue looks good but wearing contacts is annoying and surgery is beyond stupid.

colouring ≠ eye colour

the colouring of your lips, skin, hair colour and cheeks is also very important. Lips are very underrated for colouring and it's an easy softmaxx. Yes, vibrant eye colours add more appeal and look better. though i think it is obvious that it all comes down to the orbital structure itself. a lighter eye colour wouldn't automatically ascend you or make you reach lhtn.
i am honest, i have light brown eyes and they're hazelish. sometimes they're greenish and yes i look better in the sunlight with more vibrant eyes, but still this doesn't fully determine your colouring.
this is my eye colour in the light vs usually (in the second picture I'm tanned so it looks even worse)
