T-Level Decline: Morning vs Afternoon

I’m aware of natural fluctuations in testosterone levels but the change I’m experiencing seems rather unusual and I’m wondering if there might be an underlying issue.

About 1.5 years ago, I was tested at 10 AM and my total testosterone levels were 869 ng/dL.
A similar test 3 years ago at around the same time showed 854 ng/dL.
This was despite being sleep-deprived at the time, being less aware of my nutrition, less physically active and not taking any supplements that potentially contribute to ideal testosterone levels.
I did, however, maintain an ideal weight.

Recently I was tested again but this time in the afternoon at 3 PM and my levels were 498 ng/dL.
This is a decrease of over 40%, which seems unusual.
Based on this result, I wouldn’t expect my morning levels to be anywhere near as high as they used to be.
I will definitely test them again soon.

There are also a few differences to consider:

1) I’m currently on antidepressants (Wellbutrin and doxepin for sleep disturbances).

2) I now take supplements including vitamin D3, K2, magnesium, zinc, omega-3 and ashwagandha, all in sufficient doses.

3) I weigh about 5kgs more now but I am still relatively lean at around 16-17% body fat with a fairly muscular physique.

Does this level of decline (from morning to afternoon) seem typical, or could it suggest a deeper issue?

My t raises with meth consuption and cortisol as well, high T high cortisol at the same time
