Yeah with tall people the problem more often than not is having arms almost too tall. The extra height usually comes in form of longer limbs compared to torso. Short people have hella long torso compared to limbs, shit looks kinda comical.

arms grow faster than height itself, so it's quite rare to have short arms + you get more proportional after puberty/during. Look at david laid at 16 and now, dude clearly looks much more proportional (same thing happens to everyone)
