T3 and T4

Soon i will be running a stack and i haven't done any research on T3 or T4 thus i am asking my query here before i do so,
my stack consists of HGH, Aromasin, Abalopartide, Infigratinib
If i was to add T3 or T4 or even both to the mix what would happen?
