Facial features play too much of a role for eye colour to really make a difference in the perception of one's phenotype. I rarely ever see ethnics look whiter from an eye colour change. They become more "exotic" sure but never white passing.

Much more than just the colour of the eyes were altered here, brow shape, fat storage, canthal tilt, brow density, this is not an accurate display of the difference of eye colour.
