Is upper lid bleph really a looksmin? Was he better looking before (more hooded)? I think it looked like saggy skin before, and after more round and full.

Don’t notice a difference in browridge prominence

Hard to tell from this one angle but looks like he needed lower lid work and or canthoplasty done rather than upper lids
