Taban tear trough implant placement?

In the video from Taban's site he shows the positioning of a tear trough implant, and it looks upside down? the 2 curves meant for aligning with the orbital rim are on the bottom or is it a different kind of implant?

That is strange. Eppley's zygo/orbital rim implant which improves the tear trough aims up and towards the top of the nose bridge

I feel like the one he's demonstrating would extend up somewhat if it were the other way around. All orbital rim implants ive seen seem designed to hug the orbital rim. If this is placed like in the video it looks like it would curve down instead of up on each side.
