Yes and no.
Plenty of material on internet, so you don't get anything better, as long as you do your own research. And procedure is simply not worth the price. It's jewery and a robbery combined. It'd be a matter of principle in a sense to not pay for this kind of stuff. Enabling this behavior is really very bad. I wonder why free market doesn't work in this field...
