I literally spend like 10 mins on forum, at most 30 mins, post few funny comments and go on with the rest of my day

Gym is cope if it comes to boosting your looks. Unless you are fat or thin as fuck. If you are natural, even 3 years into gym you look like you never lift with normal cloths on. The only way to show your muscles is wearing gay thight shirts.

On the other hand it is great for socialising. When I was 22-23 I was going to gym. Younger guys and girls there were starting convos with me and through them I was meeting young girls. The only pros of gym.
