Brush for at least 2 minutes every morning and evening (ideally right after every meal, but that's a chore). Floss at least once a day, ideally before bed. Use flouride, scientifically proven to be healthy for the teeth. Drink only water, or at least find a replacement for soda if you drink that garbage. Did you know that the romans had flouride in their water supply, and that's why they had far better teeth than most others at the time?
Don't get lazy with this shit. It only takes a little over a day for bacteria to damage your teeth permanently. Half-assing this stuff has consequences. What's 10 minutes total out of every day if it guarantees healthy teeth for the rest of your life?
There's a lot of talk about mewing, but mewing will be pointless if you get tooth decay and have to pull a tooth at adult age.
