I’m in Spain rn and I took a nasal with me 20mg with 5ml bac 2-4 sprays a day uv 10 and I’ve burnt every holiday I’ve ever been on now I’m golden brown it’s amazing and I’m going Portugal in 10 days gonna bring it again and get even DARKER I feel ethnic and it’s never felt better

Although it seems slightly more orangey than what Spaniards and med’s have naturally from being in the sun but idc

Dripback is annoying I feel like I only get 40% MAX of what I sniff, I prefer pinning it but didn’t wanna travel with needles. USE IT IF UR NORTHERN EUROPEAN AND OFTEN BURN!!

never understood why people do this. in some of my bodybuilding chats people do this too. totally white guys get carried away and see how unreasonably dark they can get. a decent tan can look good but i dont think there's ever been a case where going detroit dark has ever made someone look better

It may not be as extreme as I made out lmao, a lot of my friends who don’t burn have gotten this dark on holiday before and just get compliments, it’s just new to me so looks a lot more extreme in my eyes. If I hold my forearm to others on this holiday they’re a similar colour. But I’ve never experienced this. I don’t think it’s shockingly dark or uncanny, it’s very ideal. Maybe in Portugal it might go too far but it should last me until I go to the Middle East in oct.
