Water, but it's easier said than done. I'm not saying that you should do things that make your outright uncomfortable or you don't like, but it's good to get outside of your comfort zone while you're young. I'm currently 19, but I wished I went on more school trips, joined more clubs, and took on more internships. Take risks and seize opportunities while society still has high expectations for you. You won't get these opportunities when you get older, as society gets more competitive and people have less leeway for you.
