Don't neglect the power that long-term hormonal profile changes can have on your body, mind, and face.I took the gym pill when I turned 24. I'm 28 now, and I still believe it was the best pill I ever took.

Lots underrate what having a good base, good frame, and muscle can do to one's overall appearance, and let's not forget: your older self will thank you.

Yes, I had hormonal support as I switched to TRT long-term. I did one cycle when I was 25, then switched to long-term testosterone replacement therapy at 150 mg a week.

I started at just shy of 147 lbs at my lowest. At my peak, I was 210 lbs. Now I'm on a cut, trying to achieve the lowest body fat I've ever had.

It's hard, but it's been worth it. It also made me bigger, stronger, and wider. I didn't do this for women, as I'm in a long-term relationship and feel very happy.

I did this for myself and don't regret anything. I have yet to experience hair loss. My skin got a bit worse; however, I fixed that with my TCA and good youth regime.

Everyone here should ideally go to the gym at least three times a week, bare minimum. It just makes you a better-functioning human overall. No need to be a slave—just work out and improve your body and mind.
You look good in the second last pic. Mirin your results :ogre:

did u take anything like dut to prevent against hair loss?

No actually just genetics so far. Though I am seeing slight hair thinning all over which idk is curable. But I don't have the classic hair loss pattern most men get. I'm using minoxidll as of 3 weeks ago to see if I can curb it a bit. Pretty sure I have female hair loss pattern which I read is fixable with minoxidill. I might add fin if I can determine if it's even dht related. Luckily the thinning is entirely maskable with hair growth and other methods iv always had thick ass hair all my life. So my hair thinning is just making me have normal density. My hair grows very fast though. I shaved my head a few week ago and already have an inch of growth back 😆

i’m about to run my first cycle. 18 years old rn, 19 soon and since girls within the 19+ age groups much prefer muscular body over (with leanness obviously) over a twink, i think it’s a good time to start while everyone lacks behind and ill be prepared for summer hopefully.

i’m gonna do 500mg test per week+ aromasin 12.5 ed or eod.
im not sure if i should add dut, i want to frame max and think dht is pretty important for that, as well as maybe improving bones slightly. do you think it could lead to possible improved brow ridge and chin at this age? since they are slightly lacking, tho not a big deal.

so i still need to decide if i want to add dut or not.

did you use hcg on cycle also? i hear mixed opinions on that.
