If you're not walking 10,000 steps a day what are you doing
Chad walk has a certain swagger about it, you need to replicate this.
We've all been looking at videos of chads walking around squinting and pursing their lips
But we've missed the biggest, most important factor that spells confidence and chadness
The movement - aka, the walk.
I recommend studying male cat walks and practicing in your living room for 45 minutes to an hour a day.
Then while this muscle memory is fresh, i recommend walking around the neighbourhood to ingrain it and get used to it in the public
