I have really high motivation and general emotional balance when my B vitamins are set straight. I used to binge eat couple years ago (mainly sugar/refined carbs) and I would feel very depressed and lack motivation to do literally anything even somewhat physically or intellectually intensive. When I ate ground beef, this feeling would go away.
